The Oak is adjacent to the Homestead Cabin and our community patio, which features a large woodburning grill as well as a gas grill. The Oak is the cabin nearest to our lower fishing ponds. With a private back patio overlooking Mail Creek and a porch swing in the front, the Oak is ideal for couples and suitable for up to four guests.
Located in the Oak’s spacious combined sitting room/bedroom are a queen-sized bed and a queen sofa/sleeper. All linens are provided. The walls are honey pine with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. A full bathroom, including tub/shower combination, toilet, and sink, is off of the bedroom. Towels provided, as well as a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner.
The roomy kitchen in the Oak includes a microwave, electric range, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker (with complimentary coffee and sugar), adjacent to a large, windowed dining area.
Other amenities at the Oak include a private back patio.

Weekend Rates – If your stay is less than one week and includes a Friday or Saturday night, you will be charged for two nights at weekend rate and the balance at weekday rates.
One-week stays can begin any day but Saturday and include 6 days, 7 nights.
Rates are per night, based on single or double occupancy. Add $5 per additional adult guest (up to maximum) per night. Tax not included.
