The Homestead is a wonderful place for larger groups and is the newest addition to Mountain Ridge Cabins.
We have kept this beautiful cabin for our own use for over 30 years and now feel it is time to welcome others who will enjoy this treasure as much as we have. Whether you visit for a long weekend with friends or spend extended time with family, the Homestead will become your new happy place.
The Homestead features a farmhouse kitchen, complete with range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area, all overlooking the front garden and back patio. For cozy and comfortable evenings, the oversized living room contains a large TV and DVD player, immense fireplace (stocked with wood for your use during colder months only), and conversation-friendly seating areas. Five bathrooms (towels, hairdryers, shampoo and conditioner provided) and laundry facilities make the transition to your new home away from home even easier.
The Homestead comfortably sleeps 8-12 and has a maximum capacity of 16 people. The layout is as follows:
- 2 queen beds, each with a full bath, in an upstairs open loft area (beds separated by full-sized privacy curtain), which is adjacent to and overlooking the living room.
- Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with both a full and twin bed and its own full bathroom.
- Separated by French doors are two smaller lofts, each containing two twin beds (4 peeps). These rooms share a bathroom located in the laundry room on the first floor.
- If you need more sleeping area, one of the queen sofas in the living room converts to a sofa bed.

$525 per night based on 8 people, plus tax
Additional guests, up to max of 14, are $50 per person per night
$65 cleaning fee
$200 damage/cleaning deposit (refundable at discretion of management after inspection)

One-week stays can begin any day but Saturday and include six days, seven nights.
