The Juniper, located in the quiet northern end of our property, is only rented as additional sleeping quarters for the Manzanita, with which it shares a courtyard (or for other cabins if the Manzanita is NOT rented by another party at the time.
Wonderfully cool during the summer because of its shady location, the Juniper features two twin beds and a full-sized sofa/sleeper in its combined sitting/bedroom. This cabin is only rented as extra sleeping space for the other cabins. There is no kitchen in this cabin, but it does have a coffee maker (with complimentary coffee and sugar). The Juniper offers a full bath with tub, shower, sink, and toilet. All linens are provided, as well as a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner.
Rates
Friday, Saturday or Holiday: $110, plus tax
Sunday – Thursday: $95, plus tax
One week: $612 (6 days, 7 nights), plus tax
$35 cleaning fee
$100 damage/cleaning deposit (refundable at discretion of management after inspection)
Weekend Rates – If your stay is less than one week and includes a Friday or Saturday night, you will be charged for two nights at weekend rate and the balance at weekday rates.
One-week stays can begin any day but Saturday and include six days, seven nights.
Rates are per night, based on single or double occupancy. Add $5 per additional adult guest (up to maximum) per night. Tax not included.
