The Ponderosa is located at the lowest end of the property in a grove of shade trees, with a flagstone stairway leading up to the office and fishing pond.
A large sitting room features several large windows that overlook the forest. The sofa bed in the sitting room can sleep two or just be used to relax and read your favorite novel. The Ponderosa kitchen includes an electric range, a microwave, a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee and sugar), and a built-in seating area for the table. All kitchen linens and cooking and eating utensils are provided.
The private bedroom of this cabin features a queen-sized bed, and the queen-sized sofa bed in the sitting room comfortably sleeps two. The loft, with two twin beds, is ideal for kids or teens. Closets are located in both the bedroom and sitting room. Bed linens are provided. The bath offers an indoor shower (no tub), sink, and toilet. Towels provided, as well as a hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner.
Out the front door of the Ponderosa, you’ll find both a propane grill, a picnic table, a hammock, and a bench. Propane provided.

$100 damage/cleaning deposit (refundable at discretion of management after inspection)
Weekend Rates – If your stay is less than one week and includes a Friday or Saturday night, you will be charged for two nights at weekend rate and the balance at weekday rates.
One-week stays can begin any day but Saturday and include six days, seven nights.
Rates are per night, based on single or double occupancy. Add $5 per additional adult guest (up to maximum) per night. Tax not included.
